The support team of Perry-Young Associates Insurance Solutions is always striving to strengthen the relationships we have with our clients. We achieve this with frequent contact and by always striving to provide the highest level of service. As we have grown in diversity, so has our ability to provide appropriate solutions and is the reason why each member has been carefully selected according to their sphere of knowledge. We work together but rely heavily on areas of experience that each individual brings to the team. This way, the needs of our clients can be met more effectively and efficiently.


Lori A. Shea

Originally from Erie, PA, Lori completed both her undergraduate and post-graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA.  After earning her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1997, she pursued a career as a Certified Athletic Trainer, working as the head athletic trainer at both the collegiate and high school levels.  She was then involved in the development of a sports medicine hospital-based out-patient clinic.

Since moving to Sacramento, she has assumed the role of Administrative Assistant to Ted Young for over 5 years.  Once making the decision to switch careers from healthcare to the asset management and life insurance industry, she successfully completed the life licensing requirements in 2004, and has remained committed to achieving the highest educational standards in the industry.  As our Client Relations Manager and Community Outreach Director, her roles are diverse.  She is passionate about making our clients aware that preparation for their future is important today, and is the driving force behind our firm's community outreach and education programs, as well as being the organizer of client appreciation events.

When out of the office, Lori enjoys personal fitness activities.  She is a huge fan of the outdoors, and is an avid jogger and gardener.  She can often be found in Lake Tahoe skiing, hiking or stream fishing with her husband, Michael, their son Dylan, and their American Bulldog, TRex.

Louisa Correa

Louisa has been Manuel Perry's administrative assistant for over 25 years. Her experience has been in assisting Manny with all life products and accounts as office assistant for the day to day activities needed to keep the office running efficiently.
 

Gwen Wagner 

Gwen is the most recent addition to the team, joining our staff in 2009 as a Client Services Associate.  She brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry with her .  Her vast experience in customer service in this industry gives her the background needed to expertly navigate the processes needed for any issues that arise with our clients' accounts.

Gwen has resided in Sacramento since 1974.  She and her husband Kurt live in Carmichael with their Mexican Brown Wolfe, Lida, 4 pound Chihuahua, Chika, and British Shorthair, Brodie.
