Manuel Perry is a native of Sacramento and has enjoyed more than 40 years of professional affiliation as agent with New York Life. As a seasoned life insurance professional, he has learned the importance of customer satisfaction. As owner of his own company, like many of his clients, Manny also understands the energy and intensity that go into building a successful enterprise. As his business has grown, so has his involvement in and commitment to Sacramento. Today Manny is a respected businessman highly regarded by his peers and a valuable volunteer spending many hours giving back to his home community.
 

Theodore Young, MSFS has been actively involved in California's business and retirement community since 1981. As a partner, Ted provides an additional layer of experience as manager of the educational component of the firm, which imparts insurance, financial and retirement information to individuals and businesses. As a volunteer in the community, Ted also serves on the board of a number of charitable organizations.
